This opulent herbage vintage is a real “fountain of butter and cream” linked to rich and fertile soils (alluvium, 170 days of rain per year ideally distributed, mild temperatures in summer and mild winters).

The result is milk rich in mineral salts, trace elements and oleic fatty acids. The dairy is owned by the producers and processes the milk collected within 48 hours in a traditional way.

This traditional Normandy Camembert made from raw milk, molded with a ladle, Crémier selection, is a tradition in itself.
